Property plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest document drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key detailing different sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
